Manage Payout History and Transaction Details

Track past transfers and drill into each payout to confirm when money left Tapp and where you got it.

Prerequisites

  • Owner or Manager role

  • KYC verification complete—otherwise the Payouts tab shows an “!” badge

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Payouts tab
    In the bottom navigation bar, tap Payouts. The screen shows:

    • a Next payout widget

    • a Bank details block

    • the Payout Transactions History table

  2. Set the date range
    Above the table, use the Date range picker. It defaults to the first day
    of the current month through today (e.g. 01/04/2025 – 17/04/2025). Choose a
    new start or end date to refresh the list instantly.

  3. Read the history table

    Column Format Notes

    DD/MM/YYYY

    Processing date

    Amount

    Total sent that day

    • Rows are sorted from newest to oldest.

    • Ten rows load at a time; scroll to fetch more if you have a long history.

  4. Email a CSV report (optional)
    Tap Send report beside the table to receive a file named
    balanceaccount_payout_report_period_DD_MM_YYYY-DD_MM_YYYY.csv at your
    registered email. A toast confirms success.

  5. Open a specific payout
    Tap any row. The Payout details screen appears with:

    • Title “Payout for DD/MM/YYYY”

    • Destination IBAN or Account + Sort code (read-only)

    • Transaction details section listing transfers grouped by method
      (Regular / Instant / Fast / Wire)
      Use Back to return to the history table.

Troubleshooting

  • Exclamation mark on the tab – Finish KYC to unlock payout information.

  • No payouts in range – Expand the date picker period or check another
    month.

  • Report not emailed – Wait for the toast; if it fails, ensure you’re
    online and tap Send report again. (If it fails multiple times please contact support)

FAQ

Why do I only see Date and Amount?
Those are the key fields required for reconciliation. More granular data is
inside each payout’s detail screen.

How far back can I search?
There’s no hard limit; scroll loads older rows automatically once the selected
date range includes them.

Can staff roles view payouts?
No. Access is restricted to Owners and Managers for security reasons.

Does changing the payout schedule affect past entries?
No—history reflects the actual transfer dates and amounts already processed.
