# Review booking capacity and table time

> Read seating-revenue, booking fill and table-duration figures in the mobile app, with their calculation limits.

Use the capacity figures to compare your configured seating and booking schedule with recorded activity. These are summary measures; they do not show which seats or tables are occupied right now.

## Who can do this?

**Owners and Managers** can open this report for their shop. Staff access to bookings or the live floor does not include this Analytics report.

## Where to do it

In the mobile app, open **Analytics** and choose **Bookings & Capacity**. Check the selected shop.

## Review the capacity figures

1. Choose the main reporting period for the booking cards.
2. Read **RevPASH** and its seat-hours count. Use the explanation below before comparing shops.
3. Read **Booking fill rate** together with its booking and slot counts. Use a period no longer than one year for this comparison.
4. Scroll to **Table turn time**. Check its displayed period and update date separately.
5. Read the information notes and any small-sample warning. Refresh the report when checking recent changes.

## Revenue per available seat-hour

**RevPASH** divides included revenue by available seat-hours. Seat-hours are the current total seats configured on the shop’s tables multiplied by opening hours across the selected dates.

Revenue includes paid or completed orders in the reporting currency, excluding refunded orders. It is not restricted to orders linked to a table. Opening hours account for the configured schedule and its exceptions; overnight opening is attributed to the day it starts.

The calculation applies today’s configured seat count throughout the period. It does not reconstruct earlier floor layouts. Changing table seats can therefore change comparisons for earlier periods. A missing value can result from unavailable opening-hours information or no available seat-hours. Check [tables and seats](/en/rooms-and-tables/manage-tables) and shop hours if it is unexpected.

## Booking fill rate

The numerator counts bookings currently **Confirmed** or **Archived** with visit dates in the selected period. The denominator counts the distinct offered booking start times on those dates. Several bookings can share a start time, so this percentage can exceed 100%.

This is not seat or table occupancy. Archived bookings may include cancelled visits. The filled bar stops at 100%, so read the printed percentage and counts. Booking intervals, visit durations and opening hours affect how many start times are offered. Missing schedule information can make the comparison incomplete.

For periods longer than 366 days, only the first 366 days contribute start times, while the booking count covers the whole period. Avoid using a longer period to judge this rate. A dash means there are no usable start-time totals, not proof that no bookings exist.

## Table turn time

This section uses nightly updated table-session summaries and ignores the main period selector. Read its own displayed window. It groups sessions by party size: **1–2**, **3–4**, **5–6** and **7+ guests**.

Read **Typical turn time**, **Table sessions** and the duration beside each group. The durations combine middle times from the underlying groups, weighting groups with more sessions more heavily. They are not exact medians of all individual visits. Missing groups have no counted sessions in the returned summary; the bars do not open booking details.

Check the nightly update date before relying on recent activity. This is a summary of recorded table sessions, not a promise that a particular table will become available after that duration.

## Platform and market notes

These steps cover the mobile report. Revenue uses the shop’s reporting currency. Booking fill and table-session durations are independent of currency. Compare only figures with compatible periods and configuration.

## Troubleshooting

Use retry when a section shows an error. Check the selected shop, reporting period, configured seats and opening hours. An unavailable or limited sample does not establish zero activity. Contact **Tapp support** if the settings look correct but the figures remain unavailable or inconsistent.
