Prerequisites

  • Role: Owner or Manager with access to shop settings

  • Your shop is already set up in Tapp

  • Stable internet connection

Step-by-step

Mobile App (iOS & Android)

1. Open the Shop tab
Go to Shop to view your shop page.

2. Scroll to Settings
At the bottom of the Shop page, find the Settings section.

3. Open Shop profile or Opening hours
Tap:

  • Shop profile to view your shop details

  • Opening hours to update your regular opening times

4. Edit the information
Make the changes you need on the selected screen.

5. Save your changes
Save the updated details when you are done.

Note: On mobile, you can edit regular opening hours only. Opening-hour exceptions are currently available on web only.

Web Dashboard

1. Open Shop overview
In the left side-navigation, click Shop overview.

2. View shop details
On the Shop overview page, you can see your shop profile and other shop details.

3. Edit opening hours
Use the opening-hours section to update your regular business hours.

4. Add or update exceptions
On web, you can also manage opening-hour exceptions, such as special dates or one-off changes to your usual schedule.

5. Save your changes
Save the updated information when you are finished.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t find Opening hours on mobile - Go to the Shop tab and scroll to the Settings section at the bottom of the page.

  • Can’t find exceptions on mobile - This is expected. Opening-hour exceptions can currently only be managed on web.

  • Changes are not showing yet - Refresh the page or reopen the app to confirm the latest shop information has loaded.

FAQ

Can I edit shop profile on both web and mobile?
Yes. You can access Shop profile from the Shop tab on mobile and from Shop overview on web.

Can I set opening-hour exceptions on mobile?
No. At the moment, exceptions can only be managed on web.

What is the difference between opening hours and exceptions?
Opening hours are your regular weekly business hours. Exceptions are one-off changes, such as holidays or special opening times.
