Shop overview

See an overview of all locations (shops) in one place - contact details, management details, opening hours and more. Keep the information that customers and staff rely on fully up to date.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the web portal

  • Owner or Manager role

Step-by-step

  1. Open Shop Overview
    In the left-hand sidebar of the web portal, select Shop Overview under the Admin section. Shops are shown in order of creation date, oldest first.

  2. Choose a shop
    Click a shop card to load its details on the right. You’ll see:

    • Shop information – phone, address and website (read-only)

    • Management Team – names and roles

    • Description – editable text about the shop

    • Business Industry – the registered industry code

    • Effective opening hours - shows the effective opening information for the week (Arrows can navigate week by week)

    • Holidays - toggle national holidays (UK calendar)

    • Exceptions - set special opening hours for a given date (This overwrites standard opening hours)

  3. Edit description
    Click inside the Description field, type your update, then press Save at the bottom of the input field. Click Cancel to discard edits.

  4. Update regular opening hours

    • Click the pencil icon to the right of the week day you want to edit.

      • Click the clock icon and select the hours and minutes, OR press the time input field and type the numbers directly. Remember to click the check icon to save, and click the X icon to discard.

    • Tick Closed toggle on the right side of the section, if the shop is closed the entire day.
      Changes affect booking availability immediately.

  5. Apply national holiday rules
    Tick National holidays to close the store on UK public holidays automatically; these dates will not accept bookings until the toggle is cleared.

  6. Set exceptions (one-off hours)

    • Click Add exception.

    • Choose a date from the calendar.

    • Enter special opening hours or leave the day closed.

    • Use the trash-can icon to remove an exception when it’s no longer needed.

Troubleshooting

  • Unsaved changes alert – If you try to leave the page without saving, a pop-up warns about unsaved edits so nothing is lost by accident.

  • Time format errors – Opening-hour fields accept 24-hour times only (e.g. 09:00 - 17:30). Entering another format keeps the field highlighted until corrected.

FAQ

Does updating opening hours block new bookings?
Yes. Once you shorten hours, mark a day closed, enable bank holidays or add an exception, the system immediately removes those slots from customer booking options.

Can I change the phone or address?
Not from Shop Overview. These fields are read-only—contact Support if something needs correction.

How many exceptions can I add?
As many as you need. Each new exception appears beneath existing ones and can be deleted individually.
