Invite Staff to your shop
Bring your team on board so they can start taking orders, managing the listings and keeping service flowing smoothly.

Prerequisites
Owner access – only the Owner role can send staff invites
The shop has been created and you’re either
finishing sign-up on the Invite your team screen, or
on the Dashboard › Staff screen (tap Invite new staff).
Step-by-step
Open the invite form
During sign-up: tap Next on the Store Welcome screen.
After sign-up: Dashboard › Staff › Invite new staff (Remember to select the shop location appropriate!).
Choose how to send the invite
The form defaults to Email but you can switch to Phone using
the Email/Phone toggle. Confirm you are adding staff to the correct shop - press the Currently viewing widget to select another shop.Enter contact details
Email – type a valid address (e.g. user@example.com).
Phone – pick the correct country code (e.g. +44 or +353) and
enter digits only; separators like spaces or dashes are ignored
and the number must match local length rules.
Assign a role
Tap Select Role and choose one of the predefined roles,
alphabetically listed as Manager, Owner, Staff.(Optional) Add more people at once (Only during sign-up)
Tap + Add team member to open another Email or Phone section.
Previous entries stay in place so you can fill several invites
before sending.Send or skip
Once every section has valid details, Invite staff turns
active. Tap it to dispatch the invites –
recipients get an email or SMS with their role and a team-join
code.Not ready? Tap Skip for now to move on without inviting
anyone yet - (If you are in the sign-up process)
Troubleshooting
Invite staff is greyed out – one or more fields are empty or
invalid. Check email format or phone-number length.“Please enter a valid email address” – the address is missing “@”
or a domain.“Please enter a valid phone number” – digits don’t match the
required length for the selected country code.Switching Email ↔ Phone clears previous inputs to prevent mixing data
between methods.
FAQ
What roles can I assign? Manager, Owner, Staff.
Can I invite later? Yes—use Dashboard › Staff › Invite new staff
whenever you’re ready.
How many team members can I add at once? As many sections as you
create with + Add team member; each must have valid details before
you can send (Only works during sign-up process).
