Troubleshooting

  • Order isn’t listed – Confirm its status is Awaiting payment; only these appear in Collect payment.

  • Payment cancelled accidentally – Tap Back on the Cash screen and choose Don’t cancel in the alert to stay on the payment screen.

  • The order is paid, but isn’t showing on my revenue graph - For an order to show on the revenue graph, it needs to be fully completed. Once an order is paid, click ‘Mark order as complete’.

  • Guest can’t open the pay link – Verify they have internet access and that their card type is among the supported listed above. Older links will expire for security reasons, send a new link if this happens.

FAQ

Can I collect part-payments?
Not at this time—the order must be paid in full.

Does Tap to Pay work on any device?
Tap to Pay requires a compatible phone; if the option is greyed out, the device doesn’t support it. However, most modern phones support this - just be sure you have passed KYC.

Where can I see paid orders later?
Paid orders move from Collect payment to the History tab, keeping your register uncluttered.
