Update your Payout Bank details
Keep your earnings flowing to the right account by updating bank details directly from the Payouts screen.

Prerequisites
Owner or Manager role (other roles can’t access Payouts)
KYC verification completed—the Payouts tab shows no exclamation-mark badge
A bank account already on file (IBAN or Account Number + Sort Code)
Step-by-step
Open Payouts
Tap the Payouts tab in the bottom navigation bar.Enter Payout settings
On the Payouts screen, tap the Payout settings icon to open Payout settings.Review current details
The first field displays either your IBAN or your Account Number and Sort Code. These fields are read-only inside the app.Start the update flow
Beneath the fields, tap the blue here link in the banner text
“Modifying your bank details will open a link used in the KYC verification process. Tap here to start.”Complete changes on Adyen’s secure page
Your browser opens an Adyen-hosted form. Enter the new IBAN or Account Number and Sort Code, then follow the on-screen confirmation steps.Return to Tapp
After finishing the Adyen flow, close the browser. Reopen the Tapp app (or switch back to it) to see the updated bank details on the Payout settings screen.Exit settings
Tap Back to return to the main Payouts screen.
Troubleshooting
Payouts tab missing or marked with ! – Complete KYC first; the tab unlocks once verification succeeds.
IBAN field looks locked – Bank details can only be edited through the Adyen link; in-app fields stay read-only.
Still seeing old details after update – Give the app a moment to refresh, then reopen Payout details.
FAQ
Can staff users update bank details?
No. Only Owners and Managers have access to the Payouts tab and its settings.
What if I entered the wrong IBAN on Adyen’s page?
Simply repeat the steps above and submit the correct information; your latest submission overwrites the previous one.
