Prerequisites
You are logged in as the Owner role – only owners can send
reports .A valid date range has been selected in the date-range picker on the
Payouts screen .
Step-by-step
Open Dashboard › Payouts in the mobile app.
Tap the date-range picker and choose a start and end date to set
the report duration .Tap Send Report.
The button shows a spinner and is disabled while the file is being
prepared - this usually takes just a few seconds.
Wait for the toast “Report for the period DD/MM/YYYY–DD/MM/YYYY sent
successfully. Please check your email.” to confirm the file went
out.Check your inbox. The CSV will be named
balanceaccount_payout_report_period_DD_MM_YYYY-DD_MM_YYYY.csv—for
examplebalanceaccount_payout_report_period_18_05_2025-18_06_2025.csv
What the report includes
The CSV contains every payout transaction that occurred within the
chosen date range, letting you reconcile amounts against your bank
statements (Each column mirrors the data shown in the Payouts list.)
Troubleshooting
No email arrives – look for the toast “Failed to send report.
Please check your connection and try again.” and retry once your
internet connection is stable.Send Report button greyed out – make sure you picked a date range;
the button only activates with a valid period selected.Spinner won’t disappear – the app prevents double-taps until the
report is ready. If it hangs for more than a minute, force
close and try again.
