Manage Payout Schedule

Choose how often Tapp sends money from your balance account to your bank so cashflow matches your business rhythm.

Prerequisites

  • Owner or Manager role with access to the Payouts tab

  • KYC verification completed (tab shows without the warning badge)

  • Bank details (IBAN or account + sort code) already on file

Step-by-step

  1. Open Payout settings
    In the bottom navigation, tap Payouts, then tap the Gear icon to go to the Payout settings.

  2. View your current schedule
    The Frequency field is pre-filled with Weekly by default.

  3. Change the frequency

    • Tap the Frequency drop-down.

    • Pick Weekly or Monthly from the list.

    • Tap Save changes to apply the new setting; the field updates instantly and the
      drop-down closes.

  4. Save & exit
    Your selection is saved automatically. If you leave the screen with changes
    unconfirmed, Tapp discards them and keeps the previous schedule.

  5. Check the next payout
    Return to the main Payouts screen: the Frequency should now show the updated payout schedule.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t open Payouts? Verify your KYC - until it’s complete, the tab carries
    an exclamation mark and the settings screen stays blank.

  • Schedule didn’t update? Make sure you tapped Done before navigating
    away; otherwise the change is ignored.

FAQ

Does changing Weekly ↔ Monthly affect pending transfers?
No. The new frequency applies to payouts that haven’t yet been prepared; any
payout already “in progress” follows the previous schedule.

How is the payout day chosen?
Tapp selects the day automatically for you. Check the Next payout widget
for the exact upcoming date.

Can I update my bank details at the same time?
Yes - tap the “here” link in the banner to open Adyen’s secure page and edit your
IBAN or account details. The payout schedule you just set stays in place.
