My Orders and All Orders

See just the tickets you’re responsible for—or every open ticket in the venue—without leaving the Your register screen.

Prerequisites

  • You’re signed in on a Staff, Manager or Owner account.

  • The bottom-bar Register is open.

Step-by-step

  1. Locate the Active Orders section
    At the top you’ll find two tabs: My Orders and All Orders.

  2. My Orders (default view)

    • Shows only the orders assigned to you, if any are active.

    • Sorted from newest to oldest so the most recent tickets stay on top.

    • Fields: Order. Time and Status.

  3. All Orders

    • Tap All Orders to see every active ticket across the shop location.

    • Time field also shown, that counts the minutes since each order was
      placed (e.g., 13 min). The counter updates automatically—no manual
      refresh needed.

    • List is likewise sorted from newest to oldest.

  4. Browse or refresh

    • Scroll to move through the list; swipe up fully to expand
      Active Orders to full-screen, and swipe down to collapse it again.

    • The list refreshes when you pull down or simply return to the
      Register tab.

  5. Open an order
    Tap any row to open the Order overview screen, where you can modify
    items or collect payment as usual.

Troubleshooting

  • I don’t see my ticket. - Make sure you’re on My Orders; if another staff member started the
    order it will appear only under All Orders.

  • List isn’t updating. - Pull down to refresh, or navigate away and back to the Register
    screen.

  • Why is the order still visible after payment? - To remove an order from the Register overview, you have to open the order and press the Complete order button.

FAQ

  • Which statuses can appear?
    Submitted, Awaiting payment, and Paid are the most common active
    states.

  • Does switching tabs affect other staff?
    No. Tabs only filter what you see; they don’t change the underlying
    orders.
