Troubleshooting
I don’t see my order. Check whether the order is still open or already completed. Open orders only shows orders that have not yet been marked as completed.
List isn’t updating. Pull down to refresh, or navigate away and back to the Sell screen.
Why is the order still visible after payment? Paid orders stay in Open orders until they are marked as completed. To remove an order from the Open orders, open the order and tap Mark order completed.
FAQ
Which statuses can appear?
Submitted, Awaiting payment, and Paid are the most common statuses for open orders.
What is the difference between Open orders and All orders?
Open orders shows all orders not yet marked as completed. All orders shows the store’s full order flow, including paid, unpaid, and completed orders.
Does switching tabs affect other staff?
No. Tabs only filter what you see; they don’t change the underlying orders.
