Manage Confirmed and Pending bookings

Easily track every reservation and act on new requests from the Bookings screen.

Prerequisites

  • Web DashboardOwner, Manager or Staff account with access to Bookings in the side-navigation

  • Mobile AppOwner, Manager or Staff role with access to the Overview › Bookings screen

Step-by-step

Web Dashboard

  1. Open Bookings
    In the web-dashboard, click Bookings in the left menu to load today’s reservations.

  2. Switch status tabs

    • Confirmed – selected by default.

    • Pending – shows a badge if any are available. The tab lists only un-actioned bookings; click on any booking to open the details.

  3. Confirm a booking
    Click the Confirm button (bottom left of the sidepanel, under ‘Actions’). A toast “Booking confirmed successfully” appears, the card moves to Confirmed, and the guest is notified.

  4. Reject a booking
    Click the Cancel booking button (bottom right of the sidepanel, under ‘Actions’), removing the request and notifying the guest.

  5. Filter by date
    Use the date picker to change the view; lists are always sorted by start time (and by creation time when equal), but can be changed by clicking any column.

Mobile App

  1. Open Bookings
    From the Home tab, tap Bookings to see today’s list or scroll down under the ‘To do’ section, and tap Pending bookings.

  2. Toggle tabs
    The screen displays Confirmed (default) and Pending tabs; Pending shows a counter when requests exist.

  3. Handle pending requests

    • Tap ✓ to confirm – the booking moves to Confirmed and disappears from Pending, the guest is notified.

    • Tap ✖ to deny – confirm in the alert; you’ll see “Booking has been denied” and the card is removed - guests are notified.

  4. Change the date
    Tap the date picker, choose another day, and the list refreshes while keeping chronological order.

Troubleshooting

  • No badge in Pending - All requests have been processed.

  • Empty list - Switch the date; there may be no bookings that day.

  • Icons unresponsive - Check your internet connection; actions sync instantly with the server.

FAQ

Do guests get a notification when I confirm on web or mobile?
Yes. Confirmation triggers an email and SMS to the guest with their booking details.

Can I undo a rejection?
No. Once rejected, the booking is removed. Ask the guest to create a new reservation if needed or Create a booking for them.
