Update your Payout Bank details
Keep your earnings flowing to the right account by updating bank details directly from the Payouts screen.

Prerequisites
Owner or Manager role with access to the Money tab
KYC verification completed — Bank details opens without a warning badge
A bank account already on file (IBAN or account number + sort code)
Step-by-step
1. Open bank details
Go to the Money tab, then tap Bank details.
2. Review current details
The first field displays either your IBAN or your account number and sort code. These fields are read-only inside the app.
3. Start the update flow
Tap the green here link in the banner text to open the secure bank details update flow.
3.a In Bank details, find the banner about modifying your payout bank details.
3.b Tap the green here link.
3.c Your browser opens Adyen’s secure page.
4. Complete changes on Adyen’s secure page
Enter the new IBAN or account number and sort code, then follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
5. Return to Tapp
After finishing the Adyen flow, close the browser and reopen Tapp, or switch back to it, to see the updated bank details in Bank details.
6. Exit settings
Leave Bank details to return to the previous screen.
Troubleshooting
Can’t open Bank details? Complete KYC first. Until verification is finished, the section may show a warning badge and settings may be unavailable.
Bank details look locked? This is expected. Bank details can only be edited through the Adyen link; the in-app fields stay read-only.
Still seeing old details after update? Give the app a moment to refresh, then reopen Bank details.
FAQ
Can staff users update bank details?
No. Only Owners and Managers have access to the Money tab and Bank details.
What if I entered the wrong IBAN on Adyen’s page?
Repeat the steps above and submit the correct information. Your latest submission replaces the previous one.
