Manage Payout History and Transaction Details

Track past transfers and drill into each payout to confirm when money left Tapp and where you got it.

Prerequisites

  • Owner or Manager role with access to the Money tab

  • KYC verification complete — otherwise Money tab may show a warning badge or payout information may be unavailable

Step-by-step

1. Open the Money tab

2. Set the date range
Above the payout history list, use the Date range picker to choose the correct start and end dates.

2.a The date range defaults to the first day of the current month through today.

2.b Change the start date, end date, or both as needed.

2.c The payout list refreshes automatically after the date range is updated.

3. Send the report
Once the date range is correct, tap Send report.

3.a The report is generated for the currently selected date range.

3.b It is emailed to your registered email address.

3.c A confirmation toast appears when the request succeeds.

4. Check your email
Look for the CSV report in your inbox. The file name follows this format:
balanceaccount_payout_report_period_DD_MM_YYYY-DD_MM_YYYY.csv

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t access payout information? Complete KYC first. Until verification is finished, payout-related sections may remain unavailable.

  • No payouts in the selected range? Expand the date range or check a different month.

  • Report not emailed? Wait for the confirmation toast. If it fails, make sure you are online and tap Send report again. If it fails multiple times, contact support.

FAQ

What data is included in the report?
The CSV report is generated from the payout history for the selected date range.

How far back can I search?
There is no hard limit. Select an older date range to include earlier payouts.

Can staff roles send payout reports?
No. Access is restricted to Owners and Managers.

Does changing the payout schedule affect past entries?
No. Payout history reflects transfers that have already been processed.
