Manage Payout Schedule

Choose how often Tapp sends money from your balance account to your bank so cashflow matches your business rhythm.

Prerequisites

  • Owner or Manager role with access to the Money tab

  • KYC verification completed (Bank details opens without the warning badge)

  • Bank details (IBAN or account number + sort code) already on file

Step-by-step

1. Open payout settings
Go to the Money tab, then tap Bank details.

2. View and change your current schedule
The Payout frequency field shows your current payout schedule.

2.a Tap the Payout frequency drop-down.

2.b Pick Weekly or Monthly from the list.

2.c The drop-down closes after you make your selection.

3. Save & exit
Your selection is saved automatically. If you leave the screen before the change is confirmed, Tapp discards it and keeps the previous schedule.

4. Check the next payout
Return to the Money tab and open Bank details again: Payout frequency should now show the updated schedule.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t open Bank details? Verify your KYC. Until it’s complete, the section may show a warning badge and settings may be unavailable.

  • Schedule didn’t update? Reopen Bank details and check whether Payout frequency still shows the previous value. If it does, repeat the change and wait for confirmation before leaving the screen.

FAQ

Does changing Weekly ↔ Monthly affect pending transfers?
No. The new frequency applies to payouts that haven’t yet been prepared; any payout already in progress follows the previous schedule.

How is the payout day chosen?
Tapp selects the day automatically for you. Check the Next payout information for the exact upcoming date.

Can I update my bank details at the same time?
Yes. You can update your bank details from the same Bank details section. The payout schedule you just set stays in place.
