Use the setup pill to return to the next outstanding task. The shop wizard reopens at its stored resume position rather than starting over.

Who can do this?

The checklist is shown to the shop Owner. It is hidden for Managers and Staff. This UI restriction matches the owner-led onboarding workflow even where some underlying day-to-day operations later allow Managers.

Where to do it

Sign in to the Management Admin App and look for the setup pill near the bottom of authenticated pages.

Resume setup

  1. Select the setup pill. Its label reflects the current task, such as completing billing, setting up the shop, adding the menu or completing verification.
  2. Review the numbered overview. Completed tasks are marked separately from the active and upcoming tasks.
  3. Select the primary action for the active task.
  4. For shop setup, the wizard opens at the last stored step that still applies.
  5. Complete the step or close the panel. Closing returns the panel to its overview mode without intentionally clearing the resume cursor.
  6. Reopen the pill whenever you are ready to continue.
The sequence is billing when required, shop setup, menu setup, verification and the onboarding call. The interface can remain visible after a call is booked so the owner can check the inbox state.

Platform notes

The checklist exists in management web. Setup results affect mobile management, POS and guest experiences, but those apps do not expose this same owner checklist. While AI menu import is processing, the pill shows the import state even if the setup panel is closed.

Market notes

For Germany, incomplete platform billing and fiscal setup can add gates before the shared shop, menu, verification and call tasks. GB does not show the German billing/fiscal path. The server-provided business market decides which sequence applies.

Troubleshooting

If the pill is absent, first confirm that you are signed in as the Owner of the selected shop. It also hides when the relevant tasks are complete. German owners with inactive billing are directed to billing before other setup tasks.
