Use the Notifications page to review messages for the currently selected shop. The newest entries appear first, twenty at a time, and every row shows its title, message, date, time, and a relative age such as “5 minutes ago.”

Who can do this?

Owners, Managers, and Staff can view the notifications addressed to their own account for a shop they belong to. Notifications are user-specific: two people in the same shop can receive different entries because the service targets roles and individual users. Changing another person’s notification list is not possible from this page.

Where

In the Management Admin App, select the correct shop in the shop switcher, then choose Notifications in the main navigation. The header bell also shows a short list of recent entries; open the full page for all filters and pagination.

Find an entry

  1. Confirm the intended shop is active in the shop switcher.
  2. Turn on Unread only to show pending, sent, or failed entries that have no read timestamp. Turn it off to include read entries.
  3. Enter words from the title or message in Search. Search is applied to the twenty entries on the current page.
  4. Open the date control and choose one day or a start and end date. Dates use the shop-aware display format.
  5. Use the pagination controls below the list to move through older results. If you change the unread filter, the page returns to page one.

Platform notes

This filtering experience is in the web Management Admin App. The backend returns shop notifications in pages and applies the read-status filter; text and date filtering are then applied in the browser to the current page. A search with no match can therefore require checking another page.

Market notes

The workflow is the same for GB and DE shops. Labels and dates follow the selected application language and shop context; switching to German does not create a separate notification history.

If the list looks wrong

Check the selected shop, clear the search and date range, turn off Unread only, and return to page one. An empty state means no entries on the current filtered page. If loading does not complete, refresh the page and retry while signed in to the same shop.
