Who can do this?

Guests can use the menu when the shop offers online ordering. Keep using the same shop and browser for the basket you started. If the shop only offers bookings, ask its team about ordering.

Where to do it

Open the shop’s menu. Use Search to find words in item names or descriptions, or choose a category. Clear the search to see the full menu again.

Choose an item and its options

For an item without options, use its plus button to add it directly. For an item with options, follow these steps:
  1. Open the item details and check its description and price.
  2. Adjust the quantity using plus or minus. The item selector starts at one; remove an unwanted entry from the basket instead of reducing this selector to zero.
  3. Under Variations, select the options you want. Select an option again to remove it. Check any extra prices and scroll the options list if needed.
  4. Review the displayed subtotal, then choose Add to order.
  5. Open View basket at the bottom of the menu and check the result.
Adding the same item with the same options can increase its existing basket quantity. Different options are treated as separate entries. Check each entry’s options, not just its name.

Change or remove a basket entry

Use plus or minus to change quantity. At one, minus removes the entry in the basket panel; the full basket page opens Delete Item with Cancel and Confirm. Removing the last item also requests order cancellation. After an error, check the order before rebuilding the basket. To edit available options, select the item’s name or picture, make changes and choose Update order. The menu’s item window closes before saving finishes. Quantities and totals can appear updated before confirmation. After an error, recheck the basket: failed changes can restore previous contents. Avoid repeated presses while waiting.

Add a suggested item

If Popular with your order appears in the basket, these items are suggestions; showing them does not add them to your order. Use an item’s plus button to add one without options. If it has options, the item details open first so you can choose them and confirm. Check the basket quantity and total afterward. You can ignore suggestions and continue with your existing items.

Apply an offer

In the basket, enter your code under Promo code and select Apply, or select Apply beside an available offer. An offer shown on the menu is not proof that a discount has been added. Check the applied offer name, discount amount and updated total. Only one offer can be applied at a time. Use Remove offer beside the applied discount before choosing another. A code opened from a shared link may be applied once your basket qualifies. Its banner alone does not confirm success; check the basket before paying.

Leave a note for the shop

Enter a note under Leave a comment for staff in the basket panel, or Leave comment for staff on the basket page. Order now saves it before continuing. Clearing the field does not remove an already saved note; ask the shop to correct it. If continuing fails, check your connection and note before retrying.

Continue to checkout

Review every entry and the total. Choose Order now to continue, or Back to menu to keep shopping. A closed-kitchen message in the basket panel prevents continuing there; check availability with the shop.

Platform and market notes

These steps describe the guest ordering page in Great Britain and Germany. Phone and wider-screen layouts differ, but both provide the bottom basket button once items are present. Check the currency before paying.

Troubleshooting

If your change fails or an item is no longer available, review the current basket and ask the shop for help if needed. Check a basket priced in pounds totals at least £1 before continuing. Never create another payment to correct an uncertain basket update.
