Request a table on the venue’s booking page. Check the result: receiving a request does not confirm a booking.

Who can do this?

Guests can request a booking when the venue offers online bookings. You do not need a staff account. Contact the venue if the page or suitable choices are unavailable.

Where to do it

Open the venue’s booking page and check its name and address. The page asks When would you like to visit?. Staff recording a telephone reservation use the booking tools in the web or mobile app instead.

Choose your visit

  1. Select an available date. Wait for the calendar to finish loading; dates without offered availability cannot be selected.
  2. Choose Party for the number of guests. Use one of the venue’s offered sizes.
  3. Select Duration if the venue offers that choice. Otherwise, the venue sets the standard visit length.
  4. Choose a time from Available timeslots. Changing the date, party size or duration clears the previous time, so choose it again after the choices refresh.
  5. Enter your name and at least one contact method: email or phone. Check the country code and spelling so the venue can reach you.
  6. Add a useful Comment if needed, up to 64 characters.
  7. Select Confirm booking once and wait for the result.
The calendar loads offered dates up to 180 days ahead. Ask the venue about later visits. If the selected date is no longer offered when availability refreshes, the page can choose another offered date and clear the time. Recheck the date and choose your time before submitting. A time marked on request needs the venue’s review. Kitchen not open describes the kitchen at that time; it does not promise table availability or food service. Contact the venue if you need to clarify what is available during your visit. Starting a new booking opens a fresh form. Do not rely on unfinished details being restored after leaving or reloading the page. Enter and check the visit and contact details again. If you already submitted the request, check with the venue before sending another.

Check the result

Your booking is confirmed means the booking was confirmed. Automatic confirmation requires the venue to allow it and a table to be allocated. We received your booking request means the venue still needs to review it. Wait for its confirmation before treating the visit as confirmed. The button’s wording alone does not establish confirmation. Check the date, time, party size and contact details shown on the result page. This page shows the result of your submission; it does not track later changes by the venue. Contact the venue for the latest status.

Platform and market notes

These steps describe the guest booking page in Great Britain and Germany. The offered dates, times, party sizes and duration depend on the selected venue. The staff booking workflow can have different choices and confirmation rules. If you choose to order food while entering a new booking, the page can ask Leave booking?. Discard & order discards those unfinished booking details and opens ordering. It does not submit the booking.

Troubleshooting

If no date can be selected after loading, the page may not have received availability. This alone does not mean the venue is fully booked. Contact the venue if the problem continues. If no times are available, choose another date or contact the venue. If the selected time is no longer available, review the refreshed choices. Correct highlighted fields. If you enter both email and phone, both must pass validation; you can clear one and leave the other valid contact method. If your correctly spelled name or valid contact details are rejected, ask the venue to make the booking. If the result is unclear after a connection problem, contact the venue with the visit details before submitting again. This helps avoid duplicate requests. Do not assume that leaving the page cancels a request already received. To change or cancel an existing booking, contact the venue with your visit details.
