Use the shop’s guest page to check where it is and share its location with someone joining you. Check the shop name and address before travelling, particularly when a business has several locations.

Who can do this?

Guests can use the available location controls on the shop’s guest page. These controls do not require a staff account. What appears depends on the location information available for that shop.

Where to do it

Open the shop’s guest home page. Look for the map and the sharing controls beside it. On a phone, the controls may show icons instead of visible text labels.

Open the location in maps

  1. Check the shop name and address.
  2. Choose Directions beside the map when available.
  3. Check the destination in the maps page that opens, then use that service to plan your journey.
Opening the location does not start navigation automatically. If the destination seems wrong, contact the shop before travelling.

Share the shop or map view

Choose Share store to share the shop page without your adjusted map position. To share a particular view, move or zoom the interactive map, wait briefly for it to settle, then choose This view. The phone control is labelled This map view. The link remembers the area and zoom level, but not the map’s tilt or rotation. Moving the map changes what you see; the shop’s pin stays at its saved location. Your device may open its sharing options. If sharing is unavailable, the page tries to copy the link instead. Wait for the copied-link message before pasting it. Cancelling your device’s sharing window does not copy the link automatically.

Platform and market notes

These steps apply in Great Britain and Germany. The maps link opens Apple Maps on detected Apple devices and Google Maps otherwise. The available map and sharing controls can differ by device.

Troubleshooting

If the map or a control is missing, ask the shop for its address and directions. If copying fails, copy the page address from your browser. Sharing a shop does not create an order or booking.
