Use Shifts in the web app to view your shop’s schedule by day, week or month. Owners and Managers can create shifts, set staffing needs and assign team members. Team members use the mobile app for their own shifts, requests, preferences and check-ins. Choose the guide for the task you want to complete. On the mobile home screen, Work offers Manage shifts for team planning and My work for your own work. Owners and Managers can use My work to open their personal schedule and request offered shifts for themselves. Owners and Managers also have a work overview in the mobile app. Under Work, swipe through Today’s shift cards or select View all to open the schedule. Confirmed means the required number of people is assigned; it does not confirm attendance. A card shows at most five people or empty places and only the first work role. Check the full schedule for details. In the manager’s mobile Schedule, weeks start on Monday. Swipe the date row sideways to change weeks; tap a date to jump to its section. The list still contains the whole week. Tap a shift to open its details. Its staffing count shows assigned people out of the number needed, such as 2/3. Today’s colored dot does not prove full staffing. If the schedule unexpectedly looks empty, pull down to refresh before creating another shift.
