Who can do this?
Guests can request a receipt for their own current order when the receipt page is offered. Use the same browser you used for checkout. If the page cannot recognize your order, ask the shop to send the receipt from that order.Where to do it
On the guest ordering page, use Get your receipt when it appears after checkout. An available online receipt has a separate Download PDF button. On the receipt-request page, Total is the order amount. A confirmed tip can appear separately as Tip, alongside Total paid. Unknown for Total paid means the page cannot confirm that amount. Missing tip rows do not establish that no tip was paid; ask the shop about an unclear or refunded payment.Request an email or text
- Choose Email, or choose Phone for a text message.
- Enter the address or phone number. For a phone number, check the flag and select the correct country code; the field initially selects Great Britain.
- Correct any highlighted details. Switching between Email and Phone clears what you entered, so enter the recipient again after switching.
- Select Send receipt and wait for the result. The button shows Sending receipt… while the request is running.
- After a successful request, the page continues to your order progress. Check your inbox or messages for the receipt.
Download and read a receipt
On an available online receipt, select Download PDF. The button shows Downloading… while the file is being prepared. Look in your browser’s downloads forreceipt- followed by your order number and .pdf. If no file appears after the button becomes available again, try once more or ask the shop for a copy; a failed download may not show an error message.
Refund details can distinguish Originally collected, Tip returned, Total returned and Remaining paid. Unknown or Tip refund status unknown means the page cannot confirm that amount. Do not calculate a refund from the original total or pay again based only on a missing receipt.
